This fish not only looks good but tastes good as well. Marinated in Kerala spices ,it’s a treat.

Red Snapper500 gm
Chilli powder3 tsp
Pepper powder½ tsp
Mustard Seeds½ tsp
Shallots5
Garlic6
Ginger1
SaltTo taste
Refined OilFor frying

Alternate 3White Pomfret Cleaned Medium 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction.
  • Now grind chilli powder, pepper powder, mustard seeds, shallots, ginger, garic and salt to make a paste.
  • Marinate the fish with the paste and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish.

TIP: 

Good with rice.
