Pearl Spot500 gm
Chilli powder2 tbsp
Pepper powder1 tbsp
Turmeric powder½ tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
SaltTo taste
Coconut Oil1 Cup
Curry LeavesAs needed

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instructions and wash.
  • Make slits on both sides of the fish and marinate them using chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, pepper powder.
  • Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • In a tawa, pour oil and fry both sides of the fish.

TIP: 

Good with rice
