HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash it.
  • Cut the fillet into the long strips.
  • Marinate it with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Dip each piece in beaten egg and toss in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till it is done. Serve hot.
