INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Tuna500 gm
Bread10 Pieces
Pepper1 tbsp
SaltTo Taste
Lime Juice1 tbsp
Oil2 tbsp
Onion1 big (chopped)
Ginger1 inch (chopped finely)
Tomato1 Medium chopped
Green chillies2
Egg1
Soya sauce1 tsp
Tomato sauce2 tsp
Cream Cheese or Mayonnise3 tbsp

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
  • In a vessel boil the fish with ½ tsp pepper, salt, water and lime juice till its done.Mash well.
  • In another pan, saute onions in oil and add ginger to it, toss. Then add green chillies.
  • Add an egg and scramble it.
  • To it add tuna mashed, tomato sauce, soya sauce, pepper and remove from flame.
  • After it cools down, add cream cheese or mayonnise. The mixture is ready for sandwich.
  • Take 2 slices of bread and butter it on four sides.
  • Spread enough of tuna mixture on one side of bread and close it with the other.
  • Place it in a sandwich maker. Serve hot

TIP: 

Good with tomato sauce.
