INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Tuna500 gm
Garlic10 Cloves
Ginger1 inch Piece
Fenugreek1 tsp
Mustard1 tsp
Curry LeavesAs Needed
Chilli Powder4 tbsp
Coriander Powder3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder1 tsp
SaltTo Taste
Coconut Oil3 tbsp
Gambooge4 Pieces(Kodampuli soaked in water)

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
  • In a pan pour oil and temper with mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves. To it add ginger, garlic and saute.
  • Make a paste of chilli, corriander and turmeric with little water and add to the mix and saute till the raw smell goes.
  • Add 2 ½ cup of hot water, salt, kodampuli and curry leaves and let it start to boil, then add tuna and boil for 10 minutes till the fish is cooked.
  • Pour coconut oil over it and serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with rice.
