INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Mahi Mahi500 gm

Onion1 medium chopped
Small Onions10
Green chillies2
Curry LeavesAs needed
Tomato1 Small chopped
LimeJuice of ½ Lime
Chilli powder2 tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Fenugreek powder½ tsp
SaltAs needed
Coconut oil3 tbsp
Mustard1 tsp

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
  • Boil fish with turmeric powder, lime juice, salt and a little water.
  • When its done, remove from flame and mash it with spoon.
  • In another pan, heat oil and temper with mustard. Add onions, small onions and green chillies chopped and saute.
  • Then add egg and scramble it. Add blended chilli powder, fenugreek, coconut to the above mixture.
  • Add tomato and curry leaves and toss
  • At last, add fish and mix well and keep on low flame for 3 minutes with lid on.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with rice.
