Sea Crab1 kg
Sesame oil or vegetable oil2 tbsp
Garlic34 cloves crushed
Ginger3 tbsp chopped finely
oyster sauce¼ cup
water¾ cup
Sugar1 tbsp
Salt1 tbsp
Spring onion1 bunch

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the crab as per instruction and wash.
  • Chop off the crab legs and keep the claws.
  • Heat sesame oil in large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add in oyster sauce, water, salt and sugar .
  • Bring to boil and simmer until the sauce is thickened.
  • Add crabs along with spring onions and stir.
  • Cover and simmer until crabs are cooked

Good with fried rice or as a snack
