Sea Crab1 Kg
Soya sauce1 ½ tbsp
Oyster sauce1 ½ tbsp
Honey1½ tbsp
Caster Sugar1 ½ tbsp
Oil¾ tbsp
Butter¾ tbsp
Grated ginger¾ tbsp
Cloves3
Red chilli2 finely chopped
Black pepper¾ tbsp
White pepper¾ tsp
Corriander Powder¼ tsp
Spring Onion ChoppedAs needed
Corriander leaves choppedAs needed

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost theCrab as per instruction and wash.
  • Cut the claw and separate it from body.
  • Crack the legs gently so the flavours enter.
  • Heat oil in a large woke over high heat and stir fry the crab untill the shell is bright orange and meat almost cooked( 5 min).
  • Remove from flame and add butter, ginger, garlic chilli, black pepper and White pepper and corriander to wok and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the sauce mixture and stir and boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Return the crab to the wok and toss until the sauce covers the meat.
  • Cook for 2-3 min garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.

TIP:
