Pepper Crab is delicious dish in which crab is cooked with pepper.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH
Sea Crab | 1 Kg |
Soya sauce | 1 ½ tbsp |
Oyster sauce | 1 ½ tbsp |
Honey | 1½ tbsp |
Caster Sugar | 1 ½ tbsp |
Oil | ¾ tbsp |
Butter | ¾ tbsp |
Grated ginger | ¾ tbsp |
Cloves | 3 |
Red chilli | 2 finely chopped |
Black pepper | ¾ tbsp |
White pepper | ¾ tsp |
Corriander Powder | ¼ tsp |
Spring Onion Chopped | As needed |
Corriander leaves chopped | As needed |

HOW TO PREPARE
- Defrost theCrab as per instruction and wash.
- Cut the claw and separate it from body.
- Crack the legs gently so the flavours enter.
- Heat oil in a large woke over high heat and stir fry the crab untill the shell is bright orange and meat almost cooked( 5 min).
- Remove from flame and add butter, ginger, garlic chilli, black pepper and White pepper and corriander to wok and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the sauce mixture and stir and boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the crab to the wok and toss until the sauce covers the meat.
- Cook for 2-3 min garnish with coriander leaves and spring onions.
