Crab Masala Fry is a fragrant medley of spices and aromatics.

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH
Crab | 500 gm |
oil | 3 tbsp |
Cloves | 2 |
Ginger minced | 1 inch |
Cumin Seeds | ½ tbsp |
Fennel seeds | 1 tsp |
Corriander Seeds | 1 tbsp |
Pepper corn | 5 |
Onion | medium 1 finely chopped |
Dry red chilli | 1 |
Garlic minced | 3 medium |
Tomato puree | 1 cup |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | To Taste |
Corriander leaves | 2 tbsp chopped |

HOW TO PREPARE
- Defrost the crab as per instruction and wash.
- Heat A tbsp oil in a heavy bottom sauce pan, add a tbsp of chopped onion, corriander seeds, cumin seeds, dried chilli, pepper corn, cloves, ginger and garlic.
- Cook until raw smell goes on a low flame.
- Turn of heat and add fennel seedsand blend into a fine paste.
- Add the remaining oil in the saucepan and add remaining onions.
- Cook till onion turns brown and add tomato puree, bring to simmer for 5 mins..
- Add turmeric and the ground paste.Stir and cook till oil separates.
- Add a few drops of water,then add crab and salt, mix well, Cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Remove the lid and continue to cook for 10 min.
- Sprinkle with corriander leaves.Serve hot.

Good with rice
