Threadfin Bream500 gm
Small onions12
Chilli powder3 tbsp
Pepper powder½ tsp
Fennel seed¾ tsp
Turmeric1 tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
SaltTo taste
Coconut oilFor shallow fry

Alternate 1Black Pomfret Cleaned Medium 1000 gram
Alternate 2White Pomfret Cleaned Medium 500 gram
Alternate 3Indian Mackerel Cleaned Medium 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instructions and wash.
  • Grind all ingredients except fish and oil into a fine paste.
  • Marinate the fish with this and keep it for 30 minutes
  • Shallow fry and serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with rice.
