INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH
Fish | 500 gms |
Olive Oil | 2 tsp |
Butter | 2 tsp |
Garlic | 1 Clove |
Lemon Juice | 2 tsp |
Basil Leaves | 5 or ¾ tsp dry |
Salt | To Taste |

Recommended | Barramundi Steaks 500 gram |
HOW TO PREPARE
- Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
- Heat a saucepan and sauté the minced garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and basil. Add salt to taste, remove from fire and keep aside.
- Pat the fish dry and apply both sides with olive oil.
- Heat a non-stick pan and fry one side for about 3 minutes and the other for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish, spoon the garlic butter over it and garnish with basil and serve.

Tastes best with chappathi !
