Barramundi with Lemon Butter

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Fish500 gms
Olive Oil2 tsp
Butter2 tsp
Garlic1 Clove
Lemon Juice2 tsp
Basil Leaves5 or ¾ tsp dry
SaltTo Taste

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
  • Heat a saucepan and sauté the minced garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and basil. Add salt to taste, remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Pat the fish dry and apply both sides with olive oil.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and fry one side for about 3 minutes and the other for 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, spoon the garlic butter over it and garnish with basil and serve.
