Basa200 gm
SaltTo taste
Pepper1 tbsp
MaidaTo coat the fish
Oil1 tbsp
White wine½ cup
Chicken stock½ cup
Lime juice1 lime
Butter2 tbsp
ParsleyChopped

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost as per instruction and wash.
  • Marinate the fish in salt and pepper and coat in maida
  • Heat a pan in medium heat
  • Pour oil and shallow fry the fish each side one min each.
  • When it is done pour the white wine taking the pan of the fire
  • Put the pan back and add chicken stock
  • Let it boil, add lime juice and then butter
  • Keep it for sometime,garnish with parsley and remove from fire
