Anchovy500 gm
Curry LeavesAs needed
Chilli powder1 ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder½ tsp
Pepper powder½ tsp
Vinegar½ tsp
SaltTo taste
Coconut Oil2 ½ Cup

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction, and wash it.
  • Marinate the fish with all the ingredients except coconut oil and keep aside for half hour.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the fish till it is done.
  • Serve Hot

Tastes best with rice.
