Snack time with shrimps. The easy to make snack is perfect for evening and pairs well with hot and cold beverages. It is light and crispy. 

Prawns on Toast

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Prawns500 gm chopped
Onion2 medium chopped fine
Celery½ tsp chopped finely
Ginger½ tsp chopped finely
White pepper1 tsp
Egg1
Cheese Cube2 shredded
Maida1 ½ tbsp
BreadAs needed 1 slice cut into 4
Oil To fry
SaltTo taste

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the shrimps as per instructions and wash.
  • Wrap the prawn in a towel so that no water is there in prawn
  • Cut the prawns into pieces and grind it into a paste in a mixy
  • To this paste add onions,chillies,celery,ginger,pepper,egg,cheese,maida and salt then mix well.
  • Keep it in fridge for 5 mins
  • Take a bread piece and spread the prawn mixture on it.
  • Heat oil and put the bread pieces having prawn side into the oil and deep fry.
  • Serve Hot

TIP: 

Pairs well with hot and cold beverages.
