INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

LIST-TO MARINATE.
Egg white1
Maida1 tbsp
Soya sauce1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Pepper1 tbsp
SaltTo taste
FOR GRAVY.
Fish500 gm
Onion chopped1
Green chilli chopped4
Capsicum1 (cut in small cubes)
Green chilli sauce1 tsp
Tomato sauce1 tsp
Oil1 cup
SaltTo taste

Alternate 1Seer Fish Pieces 500 gram
Alternate 2Emperor Pieces 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instructions and wash.
  • Marinate the fish with the above given ingredients and keep it aside for 10 mins.
  • Fry the fish until 75% of it is done.
  • In another pan sauté green chillies, capsicum and onions.
  • To it add tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt and sauté well.
  • Add the fried fish to it and mix well.
  • To make it more spicy, you may add pinch of pepper powder.
  • Remove from fire, serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with fried rice and chappathi.
