INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

Ingredients To Marinate Prawns.
Prawn½ kg
Chilly powder½ tbsp
Turmeric powder3 ¼ tsp
Tomato sauce1 tbsp
Chilli sauce1 tbsp
Soya sauce2-3 drops
White pepper½ tsp
Ajino motto¼ tsp (optional)
GingerSmall piece (make a paste)
Garlic5 flakes (make a paste)
Egg1
SaltTo taste
Maida1 tbsp
Lime juice½ lime
Red colourLittle
For Preparation.
Onion2 big (cut in 4 pieces)
Capsicum1 (cut in pieces)
Celery1 stem chopped
OilFor frying

Alternate 1Seer Fish Pieces 500 gram

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the prawns as per instruction and wash.
  • Marinate the prawns and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • In an iron tawa, fry the prawns until half done.
  • In an aluminium pan, heat 1½ tbsp of the earlier used oil and add onions, capsicum, celery and sauté for some time.
  • Add balance marinade, salt, white pepper, tomato sauce and mix well.
  • Add fried prawns to it and mix well. Serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with fried rice and Chapathi.
