Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FISH

INGREDIENTS FOR CHILLY LIME FISH.
Butter3 tsp
LimeOne (Take juice)
Chilli powder1 tsp
Garlic powder½ tsp
Salt½ tsp
Fish350 gm
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO SALSA.
Mango1 (chopped)
Corriander Leaves¼ cup chopped
Onion¼ cup chopped
Green Chillies1 seeded & chopped finely
Lime juiceTo taste
INGREDIENTS FOR TACOS.
Tacos4 to 5
MayonnaiseFor sauce
LimeTo drizzle

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash.
  • Preheat oven to 170°C and whisk the butter along with lime juice, chilli powder, garlic powder and salt.
  • Place fish in an oven-proof pan, pour the butter and lime-butter sauce and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove fish from oven and shred it, so that the flesh is separated from bone.
  • Pour remaining sauce and bake for 15 minutes
  • For Mango Salsa
  • Mix all ingredients together. Salsa is ready to serve.
  • In tacos, layer it with fish baked top it with mayonnaise and squeeze lime over it
  • Serve Hot.

Best with Salad.
