Prawns fry is an instant and easy prawn based dish which is a real treat for the taste buds. Hers is a simple recipe to make it.

Prawns500 gm
Chilli powder1 tbsp
Corriander powder¼ tsp
Turmeric powder1 tsp
Pepper powder½ tsp
Vinegar¼ tsp
SaltTo taste
Coconut Oil1 ½ tbsp
Curry LeavesAs needed
Ghee1 ¼ tsp

Required Fish

RecommendedShrimp Peeled&Deveined Large 500gm

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost as per instruction,remove the tail and wash it.
  • Marinate the prawns with chilli powder,corriander,turmeric, pepper powder,vinegar and salt and keep aside for half hour.
  • In a tava, pour the coconut oil and shallow fry the prawn till it is done.
  • At last add curry leaves and ghee then remove from flame.

Tastes best with rice,Chappathi.
