Seer Fish½ kg Steak pieces
Kashmiri Chilli powder2 tbsp
Pepper powder¾ tbsp
Turmeric powder¾ tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
SaltTo taste
Coconut Oil1 cup

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instruction and wash it.
  • Mix kashmiri chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, vinegar, salt with little water to make a paste.
  • Now marinate the fish steak pieces in the paste and keep it aside for minimum 45 min.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry it.

TIP: 

Tastes best with rice.
