Giant trevally500 gm
Garlic1 tsp chopped
Green chillies2 Slit
Onion1 diced
Egg White1
Ginger Garlic Paste1 tsp
Soya sauce1 tbsp
Tomato sauce2 tbsp
Capsicum½ Diced
Spring Onion1 bunch chopped
Cornstarch2 tbsp
Pepper½ tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Chilli Powder2 tsp
SaltTo Taste
OilFor Frying
Water¼ Cup

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Defrost the fish as per instructions and wash.
  • Marinate the fish in egg white, ginger garlic paste, cornstarch, pepper, chilli powder and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Shallow fry the fish till done.
  • In another tawa pour oil and saute garlic chopped.
  • Then to it add onions and capsicum and green chillies.Saute for sometime.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato sauce,sugar and salt and ¼ cup water.
  • Keep on fire till the gravy becomes thick.
  • Toss in the fried fish.
  • Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top and remove from fire.
  • Serve hot.

TIP: 

Good with fried rice and chapathi.
