How can I make a payment?

Registered customers have the option of making payments through

  • cash on delivery
  • card on delivery (credit/debit – master/ visa)
  • Paytm
  • Net banking
  • Sodexo Food Coupons.
  • Valid Fish Coins in your e-wallet for full or part payment of their purchase.

You need to mention your payment option at the time of check out.

Do you charge for delivery?

No. Currently, we don’t charge for delivery.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

The coupon code can be entered in the slot provided in the checkout page.

Use of Discount coupon.

Members will be allowed to use one coupon code per order.

How do I get refund?

If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel the order, you can do so in our website or by making a request at our call centre before the delivery cut off time. After that the order cannot be cancelled. Refund towards your cancelled order will be refunded into your Daily Fish e-wallet account. You can use this amount for your future purchases at Daily Fish. Refund in the form of cash or transfer to your card/bank account is currently unavailable.

How does Cash-On-Delivery & Card on Delivery work?

Just place your order with us and pay by cash when you receive your order at your doorstep!

If you wish to pay by Card, you can swipe your Credit/Debit card available with our delivery person.

Is there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to invoice?

Your invoice value is inclusive of taxes. Prices you see on our product pages are prices that you pay. VAT is already included in MRP of products.
